Refund & Store Credit Policy

At VVS Trees, all sales are considered final. We do not offer cash refunds back to the original payment method.

If there is an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong item, damaged merchandise, or a confirmed fulfillment error, customers may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos if applicable

Approved credits will be issued as store credit for use on future purchases at VVS Trees.

Store credit:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Cannot be transferred

• May not expire unless required by law

We reserve the right to refuse claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the policy guidelines.
